The most tangible advertisement your book has once it’s published is your cover art.  Does it stand up against the hundreds—if not thousands—of other covers competing with it?  That’s where a professional book cover artist comes into play.  After learning all about your book and what makes it unique, I then combine images, colors, typography, text, title, and bylines into one truly novel cover!

As an author, it’s your job to entice readers to become engrossed with and invested in your story.  As your cover designer, it’s my job to entice readers with such stunning and eye-catching visuals that they are compelled to look at your book.  To meet that end, I don’t use average stock photography for my models.  Instead, I create custom-designed, photo-realistic images from DAZStudio that are tailor-made to your specifications.  Once the model is created in DAZStudio, I digitally place a real stock photo face over it, blending the DAZStudio face and the real face into one seamless image.  I place the model with a background from either DAZStudio or a stock photo.  I then digitally fine-tune it and add any enhancing touches with digital painting in Adobe Photoshop.
